Our customers

We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. In doing so, we may process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and similar.

Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding issues have been resolved, we will immediately delete the personal data.

Bookkeeping

We must save all accounting documents in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. This may include general personal data such as name, address, service description.

We keep this information for a minimum of 5 years after the current financial year has ended.

Job applications

We welcome job applications to assess whether the applicant's profile matches a current or future employment need within the organisation.

When you submit a job application to us, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

For unsolicited applications, HR makes a quick assessment of relevance. If the application does not match a specific need, the associated personal data will be deleted immediately afterwards.

If you have applied for an advertised position, your application will be deleted if you are not offered employment and when the right candidate is found.

If you participate in a recruitment process and/or are offered employment, you will receive separate information about how your personal data is processed in this connection.

Data processors

Few people can do everything themselves, and the same goes for us. We therefore have partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors.

External suppliers can for example provide systems to organise our work, services, consulting, IT hosting or marketing.

ManageWP is used to ensure stable and secure operation of our online services. Among other things, the service is used for continuous updates, monitoring websites for technical errors, attempted external attacks and performance monitoring. In addition, the number of page views is recorded.

We do not have access to IP addresses or other personally identifiable information through the Service. Site backups and data are stored securely and encrypted on ManageWP's Amazon S3 servers located in Germany and France within the European Economic Area.

Rights of data subjects
